Senior Technical Customer Solution Manager, India CSM Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Solution Manager to join our AWS India team. As a Technical Customer Solution Manager, you will be responsible for leading large-scale technical programs and working closely with customer executives, technologists, and partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.

- Lead technical and non-technical transformation project teams across broad functional teams
- Develop and execute business cases for advanced technologies
- Realize customer benefits and ensure successful program completion

Requirements:
- 5+ years of leading large-scale technical or engineering programs
- 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification
- Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects
