Job Title

A key role in our organization that involves leading and driving the implementation of ManEx practices to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive the implementation of site-level master plans for Malt plant, HBS, and IMFL packaging hall.
  • Set objectives and priorities as part of the site leadership team, and lead change management processes for the department.
  • Maintain alignment between all parts of the site's supply chain by coordinating departments to work together in ManEx deployment.
  • Lead and support departments in implementing MMS practices to meet their broad plans.
  • Cultivate managerial leadership skills to develop teams against role capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in loss & waste leadership and coaching to operational teams.
  • Ability to participate in and lead improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing performance improvement initiatives to optimize cost, eliminate waste, and improve operational flexibility.
  • Skill in practice maturity assessments to develop and implement a Practice Maturity improvement ManEx strategy.
