Site Operations Management Role

In this site operations management role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations and ensuring seamless task execution.

  • You will lead cross-functional teams to drive business performance and identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Your key responsibilities will include analyzing business performance on a monthly basis in terms of efficiency, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • You will also be responsible for establishing analytics to monitor performance against budgets, resolving disputes related to agreements, billing, and partner governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site operations management including CTA sites and high-power small cell sites
  • Statutory compliance and vendor management for existing sites
  • Acquisition of lean/low-rental sites and stores
  • Rent reduction and early termination of contracts
  • Supporting site upgrades and new site delivery
