Product Visionary Role

We seek a seasoned product development leader to spearhead the creation of next-generation energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User-Centric Research & Insights:
    • Conduct field visits to identify pain points, then translate insights into comprehensive design documents.
    • Apply a holistic approach to ensure product design addresses every stage of deployment and operation.
  • Product Design Leadership:
    • Lead the design of next-generation meters and devices, balancing innovation with manufacturability and cost efficiency.
    • Incorporate user interface studies to ensure an intuitive product experience.
    • Drive initiatives that reduce total cost of ownership while enhancing manufacturability and scalability.
  • Market Differentiation & Innovation:
    • Develop design strategies that differentiate in the market, aiming to establish leadership with a higher market share over competitors.
    • Integrate emerging trends, materials, and sustainable practices into the product roadmap.
    • Ensure all products meet global quality and reliability standards, with lifespans of 15–20 years in demanding field environments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in product development, ideally with high-volume electronic or hardware products.
  • Proven track record of translating customer and market insights into successful, user-centric product designs.
  • Strong expertise in field research, usability studies, requirement gathering, and manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead small, high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and leadership levels.
