Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Product Leader to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who want to create world-class AI products and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Advanced AI Solutions: Lead the end-to-end development of AI-led products, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed AI into enterprise use cases such as coaching, diagnostics, interviews, simulations, and market insights.
  • Translate Business Requirements: Work directly with founders, product leaders, and global clients to translate business requirements into innovative AI products.
  • Mentor Junior Engineers: Mentor and guide junior engineers to build a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence.
Requirements
  • Achieved Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and projects.
  • Deep Expertise in AI/ML: Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
  • Proficiency in Python: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern ML Ops stacks.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
