About the Role
  • Pioneer cutting-edge product architecture and requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Spearhead alignment across software, mechanical, and electrical disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
  • Oversight of hardware & software engineering function design and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain efficient engineering processes, governance standards, tools, and templates.
  • Foster effective use of development, testing, tracking, and communication tools.
  • Support prioritization and assignment of engineering work across teams.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical documentation, design reviews, and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Manage product milestones, activities, tasks, and changes through formal systems.
Requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a resourceful approach.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • 12+ years of experience in hardware and software product development, with significant leadership exposure.
  • Experience with SolidWorks for mechanical design.
  • Hands-on experience with PCB design and development.
  • Background in both mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines.
  • Strong process improvement and governance expertise.
  • Experience managing stakeholders in a global, cross-functional environment.
