Product Growth Strategist

At Kotak Mahindra Bank, we're looking for a skilled Product Growth Strategist to drive the growth of our product through effective user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to understand user behavior, needs, and preferences.
  • Define and track growth metrics to measure and track the success of growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with overall product goals.
  • Improve user retention and engagement through personalized messaging, email campaigns, in-app notifications, and loyalty programs.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and optimize monetization through pricing strategies, revenue streams, and customer lifetime value.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of growth strategies and user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
