Corporate Sales Director

Job Responsibilities:
- As a key member of the Ratnaafin Group, you will be accountable for acquiring corporate customers and responsible for achieving revenue targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
- Develop and manage the relationship with key decision makers of clients.
- Explore new business opportunities and build a good customer base to further explore opportunities to cross-sell & up-sell.
- Proactively ensure performance review by submitting various sales reports as per agreed frequencies in order to ensure performance targets are achieved & exceeded.
Required Skills:
- MBA from a recognized institute/university
- 3-10 years of relevant experience in corporate Sales for Broking/General Insurance Company
- Strong communication & influencing skills
- Result-oriented with a customer-centric approach
- Well-versed with role modeling & strategic planning & execution
- Additional certifications will be an added advantage
About the Role:
This role is responsible for driving sales growth and expansion within the corporate segment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients.
