Job Title: IAM Developer

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IAM developer to join our team. As an IAM developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure identity management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure IAM solutions and integrations using .NET technologies.
  • Implement access management policies and workflows to ensure seamless user authentication and authorization.
  • Design and maintain application provisioning/de-provisioning processes to optimize business efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM and .NET application issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices to protect sensitive business data.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Mandatory experience in at least one IAM tool: Okta, SailPoint, Forgerock, Oracle Identity Management, or Microsoft Identity Manager.
  • Strong experience in .NET (C# or VB.NET) and SQL Server is required.
  • Knowledge of REST API and WCF is an advantage.
  • Understanding of product development lifecycle and solid knowledge of Identity Lifecycle, Access Management, and application provisioning/de-provisioning are essential.
  • Familiarity with Scrum methodology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Azure and Active Directory; Azure AD experience is an added advantage.
  • Fluent communication and strong interpersonal skills are necessary for collaboration and teamwork.
