As a Franchise Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building relationships with entrepreneurs worldwide, pitching innovative business ideas, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

What You'll Learn:
* Franchise Sales: Master the franchise sales process and develop a comprehensive understanding of international sales
* International Sales: Gain exposure to selling to entrepreneurs in diverse regions, focusing on emerging markets where quick commerce is a key concept
* Sales Cycle: Develop a two-week sales cycle and optimize it for maximum efficiency
* Incentive Programs: Explore various incentive programs and learn how to leverage them for success
What You'll Achieve:
* Direct Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) upon meeting phase targets
* 3-month extension with higher stipend up to ₹15k upon meeting Phase 1 but not Phase 2 targets
Benefits:
* Annual Income Potential: ₹9 LPA onwards (CTC: ₹4.5 LPA Fixed + ₹4.5 LPA Variable)
* Retention Bonus: ₹1L after 18 months
Job Requirements:
* Excellent personal office setup (high-speed internet with laptop/desktop required)
* Comfortable working in PST or other international time zones besides IST
