Fatafat Franchise Sales Associate: Sales Internship Program (with FTE Conversion)
Stipend:
₹10,000/month (up to ₹30,000 based on sales performance)
Duration:
6 Months or until degree completion (with Pre-Placement Offer on meeting targets)
We are hiring for
Fatafat Franchise
to sell franchises internationally, with a special focus on regions where the wave of quick commerce is yet to start and in smaller cities.
About the Role
Join our team as a Sales Intern and learn to sell franchises for an innovative hyperlocal business. This role offers the unique opportunity to build your own sales team in less than two years and to handle inbound opportunities. Impress us and you'll fast-track to a full-time Business Development Associate role, growing with a leader in the franchising landscape.

What You'll Do
Phase 1 (Month 1)
- Understand the interesting hyperlocal business strategy and create your pitch for local entrepreneurs worldwide.
- Target:
Minimum
5 hot prospects
within 30 days.
Phase 2 (Month 2 onwards)
- Start pitching and introspecting leads to convert them and build the sales funnel.
- Targets:
- Month 2:
2 sales - Month 3 onwards:
4 sales/month
PPO & Growth Path
- Meet both phase targets:
Direct Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).
- Meet Phase 1 but not Phase 2:
3-month extension (higher stipend up to ₹15k).
Full-Time BDA (Post-PPO)
- Annual Income Potential:
₹9 LPA onwards (CTC: ₹4.5 LPA Fixed + ₹4.5 LPA Variable*)
- Retention Bonus:
₹1L after 18 months
- Targets:
4 closures/month
