Key Responsibilities:
  • The Senior Executive oversees the entire recruitment process, from initial meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
  • Proficiency in sourcing relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms is crucial for success.
  • Candidates will be responsible for coordinating interviews and maintaining communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • We prioritize a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment activities, MIS trackers, and candidate data must be accurately recorded.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment is essential.
  • The successful candidate will manage the post-selection process, including offer rollout, candidate communication, document collection, and onboarding coordination to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Bulk hiring expertise and conducting walk-in recruitment drives are required skills.
