Our organization seeks an experienced Technical Head to oversee the operation, maintenance, and technical management of private estates, holiday homes, villas, and residences.

This role involves managing high-end residential and personal properties, including guest houses, holiday homes, villas, and residences. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Overseeing daily operations, upkeep, and maintenance of all personal and hospitality properties.
  2. Ensuring timely maintenance and smooth functioning of technical utilities and infrastructure, including diesel generators, electrical systems, lifts, water pumps, firefighting systems, HVAC systems, and surveillance systems.
  3. Leading and managing a team of house managers stationed across the country at different properties.
  4. Liaising with service vendors, technical contractors, and AMC providers.
  5. Preparing maintenance budgets, tracking expenditures, and managing cost-effective operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, in-depth technical knowledge, and demonstrated experience in managing luxury estates. Proven expertise in technical maintenance and managing high-end residential properties is essential. High technical proficiency and leading teams and managing multiple sites simultaneously are also required.

Desired qualifications include a degree in Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in private estate/property/facilities management. Project management exposure for renovation at sites is also desirable.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
