Job Summary:

A seasoned professional is required to lead a dedicated team in the residential luxury villa sector in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and proven experience in managing project billing, preparing contracts, and handling amendments and change orders.

About the Role:

  • Oversight of stringent quality control procedures throughout the real estate development lifecycle to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
  • Management of all aspects of project billing, including verification of completed work, quantity calculations, invoice preparation, and administration of variations and change orders.
  • Review and management of real estate contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions while potentially engaging in contract negotiations.
  • Quantity surveying, cost estimation, and monitoring, particularly in relation to billing and contract management.
  • Leadership and mentorship of a dedicated team responsible for quality control and billing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage project billing processes, including verification of completed work, quantity calculations, and invoice preparation.
  • Review and negotiate real estate contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a dedicated team responsible for quality control and billing functions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry, specifically within the Mumbai market.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address quality, billing, and contractual issues.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
