Job Title: Luxury Training Expert

This role is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy that drives luxury retail excellence across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of customer service, brand management, and training methodologies. They will be able to develop and execute training programs that meet business objectives, ensuring employees embody the brand's values and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create customized training programs through various channels and partner with leadership teams.
  • Build a training roadmap for all levels, including frontline staff, store managers, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training modules on luxury customer service, clienteling, and selling skills.
  • Develop product knowledge sessions in collaboration with design and merchandising teams.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in Training & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality is mandatory.
