
Regional HR Partnership Expert

Job Summary:
This is a strategic HR Business Partner role that plays a key part in supporting business units to achieve their goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Strategic Workforce Planning
- Develop a deep understanding of the business unit's operations and market perspectives, as well as employee appreciation and engagement.
- Lead manpower planning and activation through sourcing, career development, capability building, and talent pipeline development.
- Talent Acquisition Excellence
- Collaborate with the corporate talent acquisition team on recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and top talent selection.
- Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, working to resolve issues effectively while ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Performance Management Strategy
- Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Training and Development Initiatives
- Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- HR Policy Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, proactively addressing potential HR-related risks.
- Employee Engagement Strategies
- Develop and execute initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture and improve retention of key talent, including employee engagement surveys and action plans.
- Change Management Support
- Assist in managing organizational change initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring efforts.
- Design initiatives to help all groups navigate change management and internalize the same.
- HR Analytics Insights
- Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and make informed decisions regarding workforce planning and development.
- Run feedback mechanisms and share findings with leadership and line managers.
- Responsible for retention and attrition related process.
