Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our regional human resources operations across multiple locations. This role requires expertise in strategic workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and compliance.

This is a critical role that involves building strong teams, ensuring smooth HR processes, and aligning people practices with the company's growth objectives.

  • Strategic Workforce Planning & Leadership:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs aligned with business goals.
  • Guide management and teams on best HR practices.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership for organizational development.

Responsibilities include leading regional hiring efforts to attract top talent across roles, overseeing onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees, and building career development frameworks, including training and mentorship initiatives.

Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration and inclusion, address employee concerns with fairness and professionalism, and conduct regular engagement surveys to design initiatives to boost morale and retention.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards in all regions, oversee payroll, benefits administration, and performance management systems, and maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.

Qualifications required for this role include proven experience in HR management, strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices, hands-on expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations, excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural and remote-first environment.

Preferred qualifications include professional HR certification, experience in hospitality, travel, or tech-driven industries, background in change management and organizational development, and familiarity with HRIS systems and analytics.
