Job Description

As a seasoned human resources leader, you will be responsible for driving strategic vision and thought leadership in scaling a dynamic operation and organization focused on customer-centricity, team growth, and well-being.

The Group Leader-Human Resources leader will manage a large, complex site/location, working closely with senior operations leaders to strategize business goals and execute key HR initiatives that impact.

  • Develop and implement an effective employee lifecycle strategy
  • Provide strategic thinking and direction to the team
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with Customers
  • Drive the continuing development of the team
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement short- and long-term human resources strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 12+ years of relevant HRBP experience in third-party business process services companies
  • Experience leading teams in fast-moving, customer-centric environments
  • Proven ability to identify and independently solve complex problems through the implementation of systems based on industry best practices
  • Must be well-versed with HR generalist responsibilities
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree (preference)
