Experience ITSM mastery as a skilled IT Operations Management (ITOM) developer. This role focuses on designing and implementing ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop ITOM modules for enhanced operational visibility, automation, and integration with enterprise systems.

- Set up and maintain MID Servers, credentials, and probes to ensure seamless data collection.

- Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with external monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, and Nagios for comprehensive insights.

- Customize ServiceNow using scripting languages like JavaScript, Glide API, workflows, and business rules for tailored solutions.

- Maintain high CMDB health by leveraging identification and reconciliation rules.

- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to map services and CI relationships, ensuring alignment and accuracy.

- Troubleshoot ITOM issues and optimize system performance for maximum efficiency.

- Participate in design reviews, testing, and deployment to guarantee quality and stability.

- Document technical solutions and provide knowledge transfer to enhance team capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 3 years in ITOM.

- Strong understanding of networking, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), and ITIL best practices.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and automation tools for streamlined processes.

- Experience with CMDB architecture, data modeling, and health dashboards for data-driven decision making.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow MID Server setup and troubleshooting for efficient issue resolution.

Preferred Certifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM

- ITIL Foundation Certification
