Job Overview

As a seasoned Product Design Manager, you will be responsible for driving the design strategy and execution of digital retail solutions across multiple automotive brands. Your expertise in user-centered design principles and project management will ensure our solutions meet the needs of both customers and dealerships.

About You
  • You have at least 8 years of experience in Product Design with a focus on B2C or B2B2C products.
  • You possess strong experience in Project Management using Jira and other similar tools to manage projects efficiently.
  • You are a manager/staff or above designation in your current role.
  • You have at least 2+ years of experience as a Team Manager, not mentoring but in a complete management role.
Your Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into compelling design solutions.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
  • Establish and maintain design best practices, ensuring high-quality output with a strong focus on accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
  • Mentor and coach a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in automotive digital retail to drive design innovation.
