We're Hiring: Director of Design at PayU

Are you a design leader passionate about shaping the future of fintech? PayU is looking for an exceptional Director of Design to join our growing team and drive design excellence across our product ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and mentor a talented team of designers across multiple product lines
    • Define and execute design strategy that aligns with business objectives
    • Champion user-centered design principles and drive design thinking across the organization
    • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver world-class experiences
    • Build and scale design systems that enable consistent, high-quality user experiences
    • Drive innovation in the fintech space, making financial services more accessible and intuitive

What We're Looking For:

  • 12+ years of design experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
    • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing design teams
    • Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services (preferred)
    • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and strategic thinking
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior leadership
