At Pema Wellness Retreat, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Business Development Manager to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
About the Role:
The Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads through various channels.
- Business Growth: Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business growth, exploring new markets and opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, showcasing sales volume, potential sales, and areas for expansion.
- Candidate Qualifications:
- Degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in hospitality/service industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven sales results in Hotel/Health/Wellness industry.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
