Are you ready for a challenging career in IT Services & Consulting? We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Collaboration Specialist. In this role, you will be working with the Public Sector vertical in India to understand customers' needs and provide collaboration solutions to address these needs.

Your key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Collaborating closely with Account Executive teams to create sales plans for your territory
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of Collaboration solutions
  • Working with Business Units to understand technology and products
  • Providing training to internal and external teams, including Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, and top management, as well as partners and customers
  • Representing us at Trade shows and Cisco Hosted events
  • Understanding customers' needs, both latent and stated
  • Providing efficient and cost-effective solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and gaining competitive knowledge
  • Working on RFPs, drafting technical specs, providing compliance, and collaborating with customers and partners to complete necessary documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal obligations related to the role

What do you need to succeed?

  • Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
  • CCNA/CCIE or equivalent is desirable

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts using industry terminology
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, Whiteboarding, and Communication technologies
  • Strong written and verbal skills to convey concepts, solutions, and technology effectively
  • A minimum of 15+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in Public Sector verticals
  • A positive attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to meet deadlines
  • Experience working on RFPs and Tender documents

This is a full-time, permanent position in our Production, Manufacturing & Engineering Department.
