Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in software engineering management, preferably in a fast-paced startup or established technology firm.
  • Significant experience as a software engineer, ideally across organizations, industries, and technology stacks.
  • A record of mentorship and helping others in their career growth.
  • Experience and enthusiasm for recruiting and talent acquisition.
