Founding Head of Engineering

We are seeking a talented Founding Head of Engineering to lead our technical direction and platform execution. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

About the Role
  • Own the architecture and development of our agentic AI platform.
  • Design scalable, reliable backend infrastructure that powers automation workflows.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing, distributed engineering team.
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and implementation teams to deliver into real-world hospital environments.
Requirements
  • 7–10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred or equivalent real-world experience).
  • Deep experience with Python or comparable backend languages in production environments.
  • Proven track record designing and scaling complex systems and APIs.
  • Experience leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability and ownership.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, distributed systems, and workflow orchestration.
