  • Dry Docking & Repairs: Plan, supervise, and coordinate dry-docking and major repairs within budget and timeline.
  • Technical Support & Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to shipboard staff on new technologies and regulatory requirements.
  • Inspections & Audits: Conduct regular vessel inspections and audits to ensure technical integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Crew Development & Training: Ensure adequate training for shipboard staff on new technologies, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Marine Engineering Degree: A bachelor's degree in marine engineering is required.
  • Chief Engineer (COC Class 1): A chief engineer certificate or equivalent seagoing experience is preferred.
  • Minimum 7 Years Experience: At least 7 years of experience in technical management of ships is required.
  • Ship Repair & Dry Docking Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ship repair and dry docking processes is essential.
  • International Maritime Regulations: Familiarity with international maritime regulations is necessary.
  • Leadership & Communication Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
