Job Title: Supply Chain Management Expert

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business analysis, requirements gathering, and scope definition with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into functional requirements and refine them into technical action items.
  • Configure Oracle SCM applications for inventory management, product data management, demand & supply planning, shipping, and transportation management.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of application gaps and prepare detailed design documentation including use cases, scope documents, business process mapping, and functional designs.
  • Support business users by clarifying project requirements for development teams.
  • Validate user requests against system capabilities and data structures.
  • Provide expert data analysis using SQL queries to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of confidential information.
  • Research and recommend innovative technology solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst/Manager.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle ERP application functionality.
  • Deep knowledge of supply chain processes, including inventory management, product data management, demand & supply planning, shipping, and transportation management.
  • Hands-on experience with full lifecycle implementations.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries and SDLC methodologies.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.
