We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our efforts in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across fintech products.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in defining and optimizing growth funnels, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring alignment across departments to maximize business impact.

Our platform has a large and engaged user base, with almost 4 million monthly active users and 15% daily active usage. We offer customers free and unlimited access to their credit scores from two bureaus and aim to provide features across the credit cycle.

As the Growth Functional Lead, you will develop and implement holistic growth strategies for our portfolio, covering various acquisition and engagement channels, including mobile app, website, and monetization use cases such as personal loans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement growth strategies for the fintech portfolio, covering various acquisition and engagement channels.

  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Manage and coordinate with key platform partners to optimize growth campaigns and platform integrations.

  • Experimentation & Innovation:

    • Drive growth by designing and scaling experimentation frameworks and leveraging emerging growth opportunities.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Work with analytics, product, and finance teams to monitor KPIs and iterate marketing strategies.

  • Leadership & Mentorship:

    • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and foster a high-performance culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Deep understanding of consumer acquisition, consumer journey, and digital apps.
  • 6-8 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services industry.
  • Strong experience with digital marketing platforms and growth tools.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Expertise in agile project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in devising and executing growth strategies that leverage app and web platforms.
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, referral programs, and add-on product marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
