Reservation Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and provide exceptional support for a leading vacation rental company. This is a remote position requiring strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with company policies.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
- Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
- Supervise and mentor a team of support specialists, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving support processes and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools.
