We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate II to join our team.

This role involves providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and instant messaging.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer issues, escalating complex product-related queries to the relevant Product Support department when necessary.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing a high volume of consumer inquiries regarding FIS products and services.
  • Resolving a significant proportion of these inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshooting customer problems, identifying root causes, and applying appropriate tools and resources to find solutions.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the relevant resource and following up with coaching and mentoring to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Tracking and documenting support requests, ensuring accurate notation of customer problems or issues.
  • Updating customer information and maintaining accurate records of contact details.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to navigate computer systems effectively. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating effective people skills and sensitivity when interacting with others.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent. A strong understanding of company products, services, and business operations is essential, as is the ability to meet quality standards, adhere to schedules, and maintain average handle times.
