Job Title: Project Coordinator SpecialistSchedule and Plan Projects with Ease as a Project Coordinator Specialist

This role involves all scheduling and planning activities based on contract requirements or Client specifications. Translating the project scope into activities is a key responsibility, along with preparing and updating project progress reports.

About the Role:

  • To supervise and execute projects efficiently, effectively, and track Progress, Time, Cost, Quality & EHS for the project as per schedule.
  • Risk analysis and mitigation plan to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Resolve cross-functional issues at the project level.
  • Plan and control resources, analyze productivity, and coordinate with contractors engaged in project work.
  • Create look-ahead plans (30, 60, & 90 days).
  • Prepare presentations for senior management meetings and present findings.
  • Develop integrated schedules (L2/L3/L4 WBS) using Primavera or MS Project.
  • Update and rebaseline schedules based on inputs.
  • HIGHLIGHT THE CRITICAL PATH AND GENERATE A CRITICAL PATH REPORT.
  • Analyze schedule delays and generate delay reports as required (department-wise, plant-wise, contractor-wise, etc.).
  • Develop a catch-up plan.
  • Load resources, perform resource leveling, and report on resource utilization.
  • Crash schedules and fast-track projects as needed.
  • Generate various reports (Progress S curve, Cost consumption S Curve, Delay analysis Report, Catch up plan, 30-day look-ahead report, Milestone reporting, Risk and risk mitigation report, Schedule and cost overrun report, if applicable).

About You:

  • You should have proficiency in planning and scheduling software like MS Project / Primavera software.
  • Knowledge of PMP certification process is necessary.
  • Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works is essential.
  • You must possess excellent organizational and motivational skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial.
