Job Title: Senior Marketing Specialist

The primary responsibility of the Campaign Manager is to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with overall business goals and objectives.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, develop and execute cross-channel (digital, social, email and offline) marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of a campaign from strategy development and creative briefing through to execution and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with design, content, sales, and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time to improve effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing tools etc.
  • Proficient in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and social media advertising.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
