We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Market Research Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in research and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial models and data-driven insights.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth industry research, analyzing market trends, and assisting senior analysts in generating actionable insights for institutional clients. This includes:

  • Tracking and analyzing cement sector companies, industry trends, demand-supply dynamics, pricing, and capacity expansions.
  • Conducting research on infrastructure and real estate sectors, including regulatory updates, market performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining detailed financial models for coverage companies.
  • Assisting in preparing research reports, sector updates, and thematic studies.
  • Supporting client interactions with data-driven insights and presentations.
  • Monitoring global and domestic macroeconomic developments impacting the sector.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in equity research / industry research (preferably in cement sector).
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and sector dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

A suitable qualification for this role would include an MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
