About the Role:

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our YouTube Ads strategy forward.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing YouTube ad campaigns that generate B2B leads.
  • Develop and implement audience research and targeting strategies to ensure campaign success.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging video ads, scripts, and funnels.
  • Monitor performance metrics, run A/B tests, and maintain ROI-positive campaigns.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports to clients and leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube Ads trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in running successful YouTube Ads campaigns.
  • A strong track record of generating qualified B2B leads through paid video advertising.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, YouTube Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of audience targeting, funnel creation, and retargeting techniques.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to write compelling scripts and optimize creatives.
  • Data-driven decision-making approach, leveraging metrics to inform campaign strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with remote teams.

  • Experience with Ads / Google Ads platform.
  • Video editing or scriptwriting skills.
  • Previous work with US or international B2B markets.
