  • Campaign Planning: Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to drive campaign performance.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, ensuring timely launch and optimal ROI.
  • Optimization and Reporting: Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
  • Collaboration and Creativity: Work closely with the creative team to develop ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with brand voice and aesthetics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads, preferably for D2C/e-commerce brands.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
