End-to-End Campaign Specialist

Campaign execution is a critical function in this role, encompassing strategic campaign workflows, including targeting, segmentation, and personalization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy multi-channel campaigns that engage customers across various touchpoints.
  • Manage recurring and ad-hoc campaigns with proper audience targeting rules and testing scenarios to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Create customer segments using data model and query capabilities (SQL) to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Develop targeted lists leveraging behavioural, transactional, and demographic data.
  • Configure personalization blocks, dynamic content, and message templates to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to build responsive, personalized email templates that meet brand guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance (delivery, open rates, click-throughs, conversions), conduct A/B testing, and provide insights for optimization.
  • Generate campaign reports and dashboards for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in campaign execution and management.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing best practices, including deliverability, compliance, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR.
  • Experience with SQL and JavaScript for segmentation and audience building.
  • Hands-on knowledge of campaign workflows, typologies, schemas, personalization, and message templates.
  • Understanding of data flows, customer journeys, and campaign automation.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel orchestration (Email, SMS, Push, Direct Mail).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with reporting & campaign optimization.
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing, data, and technology teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products (AEP, Journey Optimizer, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for email template troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to integration with CRM/CDP systems (Adobe AEP, Snowflake, etc.).
