Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team. This role involves handling customer support activities, providing technical and general support resolution, and collaborating with various departments to resolve mobile service-related issues.
Main Responsibilities:- Receive and respond to incoming customer inquiries via calls, chats, emails, and tickets.
- Interact with mobile phone carriers and other departments to resolve mobile service-related issues.
- Maintain awareness of business rules and policies as outlined in the joint operations document.
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met on a daily and monthly basis.
The ideal candidate will be a proficient Portuguese/Spanish and English speaker who can work in 24/7 rotational shifts. They should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and relevant technical support experience.
