Job Title: Partnerships Manager

We seek a dynamic B2B manager to develop strategic collaborations with stakeholders.

The candidate will identify industry partners for internships, workshops, expert talks, and other collaborations.

They will develop compelling presentations that communicate our value proposition to potential partners.

They will coordinate with internal teams and university stakeholders to execute partnership programs.

They will maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring they see value and impact from their engagement with us.

They will track and report on the impact of partnerships on student learning and placement opportunities.

They will support the planning and execution of industry events, hiring drives, hackathons, or expert sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard industry partners for collaborations.
  • Develop presentations that communicate our value proposition.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute partnership programs.
  • Maintain relationships with existing partners.
  • Track and report on partnership impact.
  • Support industry events and hiring drives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of B2B dynamics and partnership ecosystems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Generative AI tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
