The key responsibilities include:
- Developing customized sales road maps and engaging targets to build awareness, identify opportunities, develop a sales pipeline, and deliver revenue goals.
- Driving sales and margin growth by delivering tailored staffing solutions through a consultative approach.
- Researching, marketing, and presenting services to new clients, leveraging relationships and networks to generate leads.
- Penetrating new business through strategic outreach and engagement with key client managers and senior executives.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through consistent communication, relationship-building, and job order/inquiry generation.
- Fostering new business through targeted calls, emails, meetings, presentations, and networking activities.

- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing industry and market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
