Job Overview
We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our team.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving store performance, and upholding brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a warm and personalized shopping environment for all visitors.
- Drive high standards of customer service and product knowledge within the team.
- Handle customer concerns and queries with professionalism and empathy.
- Champion consultative selling to help customers discover ideal fits and styles.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members to reflect brand excellence.
- Motivate and inspire the team to meet and exceed sales and service goals.
- Conduct regular team training, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Foster a culture of accountability, enthusiasm, and continuous improvement.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor KPIs such as footfall conversion, average transaction value, and UPT.
- Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Ensure timely execution of visual merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Maintain visual presentation standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Ensure that store layout, product placement, and displays reflect brand identity.
- Organize in-store events, styling sessions, and exclusive previews to build customer engagement.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales and operations.
- Ensure adherence to all operational, HR, and safety compliance protocols.
- Liaise with corporate teams on marketing, VM, and stock planning initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in retail, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in driving sales, team development, and customer experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of retail metrics.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering refined customer service.
