Client Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Own key accounts: farming + selective hunting (upsell/cross-sell/new logos)
  • Translate client goals to delivery plans; ensure SLA adherence and quality
  • Manage SOWs/MSAs, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
  • Maintain a candidate network aligned to client demand; improve time-to-fill
  • Track account health, pipeline, and forecasts; flag risks and drive resolutions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1–5 years in Client Relationship/Account Management or BD in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
  • Proven revenue growth outcomes; strong stakeholder management
  • Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing exposure
  • Working knowledge of SDLC/Agile and IT hiring cycles
