Job Title: Senior Marine Engineer

This role is focused on leading engineering activities for assigned projects in Oil & Gas offshore plants, Offshore Drilling Rigs, FSRUs, FPSOs, and other vessels.

  • Design and implement marine systems, ensuring compliance with established company procedures.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on business goals and meeting project deadlines.
  • Coordinate engineering interfaces with other disciplines, user departments, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in marine system design, execution, and calculation of auxiliary equipment capacities.
  • Strong knowledge of ASME codes and classification rules for selecting and specifying piping classes, specifications, and materials.
  • Experience in offshore/FPSO topside piping detailed engineering and BWMS/scrubber retrofit engineering is desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise subordinates by providing formal/informal feedback to ensure efficient execution of tasks and achievement of individual targets.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices considering international best practices, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental management policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English and familiarity with subcontinent languages is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Safety and Occupational Health standards and broad engineering experience in marine/offshore construction, conversion, and repairs.
