Hi We are hiring for a Jr Electrial Engineer for our company Please share your CV if you are interested Location- Thane Preferred Industry- Marine Oil gas About Us 21 Knots is a design engineering and consulting firm providing services to the global maritime and oil gas industry In an industry which is constantly changing due to dynamic regulations economic fluctuations and climate change mandates we strive to provide cutting-edge solutions with a strong commitment to excellence Our comprehensive services are designed to create value for our esteemed clients while enabling them to achieve their business goals The Role We re seeking an Jr Electrical Engineer with a solid foundation in marine offshore electrical systems and a proactive approach to design and inspection activities This role requires technical expertise in electrical engineering hands-on experience with ship systems and coordination across multidisciplinary teams If you re skilled in both engineering calculations and CAD tools can handle field inspections and are ready to support detailed project execution you ll be a strong addition to the team Responsibilities Prepare and understand Basic Detail Engineering Electrical designs for various ship types Create engineering drawings Power Control system Block Termination for marine offshore applications Perform electrical basic calculations including Load Analysis Transformer Sizing Battery Sizing Short Circuit Analysis and Relay Coordination Develop and implement cable routing layouts Generate Material Take-Offs MTO for Electrical and Instrumentation systems Plan project deliverables related to electrical scope ensuring on-time and quality submissions Ensure engineering activities comply with applicable rules and regulations Maintain project documentation in line with internal standards and quality assurance protocols What You ll Need Experience 1-2 years of experience in electrical design and engineering preferably in the marine offshore industry Hands-on experience with electrical systems design circuit interpretation and marine compliance requirements Proficiency in electrical calculation tools and design methodologies Familiarity with retrofit upgrade inspections and field execution Education Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering Tools Software Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite 2D Software e g AutoCAD Paint ETAP or equivalent electrical system analysis tools Skills Competencies Preparation of Power SLDs and Electrical Distribution Systems Ability to develop cable and breaker selection plans relay coordination starter panel layouts and sequential logic circuits Strong understanding of electrical circuit diagrams and ability to translate them into termination and block diagrams Good grasp of industry standards marine regulations and classification requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Team-oriented self-motivated and capable of working independently Willingness to learn and adopt new tools and methods in a fast-paced environment Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 48 784 50 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
