Job Opportunity for Graduate Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Graduate Structural Engineer to join our remote team.

This role is designed for recent Master's graduates who are eager to start their professional career in structural engineering within an international environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, solid theoretical knowledge of reinforced concrete, cement-based structures, and steel design, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD and structural analysis/design software.

Able to work independently and as part of a team, the selected candidate will be responsible for designing and analyzing complex structures, collaborating with senior engineers, and contributing to the growth and success of our team.

  1. A Master's degree in Structural Engineering (completed in 2024/2025) from a top-tier Indian university (IIT, NIT, IISc, etc.)
  2. Strong academic performance (First Class with Distinction or equivalent)
  3. Solid theoretical knowledge of reinforced concrete, cement-based structures, and steel design
  4. Familiarity with AutoCAD and structural analysis/design software (academic or project use)
  5. Excellent English communication skills
  6. Motivated, reliable, and willing to learn from senior engineers

Bonus qualifications include interest in large-scale structures such as bridges, marine piers, and complex infrastructures.
