Job Summary

As a Relationship Manager in the Consumer Banking Group, you will be responsible for delivering acquisition of qualified New to Bank (NTB) DBS Treasures clients through a need-based approach and revenue performance by leveraging product penetration opportunities through cross-selling of DBS products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct events and activities to enable lead generation to assist NTB acquisition
  • Implement a needs-based strategy to attract New to Bank (NTB) Treasures clients in the assigned location/areas and actively engage them in new business opportunities
  • Drive incremental NNM leveraging CA/SA/TD growth and revenue by cross-selling Insurance, FX, and Investments products
  • Ensure activation of e-Channels (I-Banking / M-Banking/ Online MF/Debit Card) and Savings Book growth
  • Drive Cross Sell and PPC
  • Drive and deliver exemplary customer service and uphold DBS service standards
  • Ensure internal and regulatory compliance through strict adherence to DBS sales process, timely risk reviews, and exercising due diligence while on-boarding
  • Embrace digital banking solutions and technological advancements to deliver highly efficient, swift, and precise services to customers
  • Ensure strict adherence to product and sales policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines always established by the Bank and relevant authorities

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in acquisition of NTB customers in Premium Banking/Wealth category
  • Sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India
  • In-depth knowledge of local market and competition
  • AMFI/IRDAI/FEDAI certified candidates with BCSBI certification would be an added advantage

  • Graduate/Post Graduate with MBA

  • Closed and regular interaction with Investment, Insurance, and Forex Product specialists for effective to explore potential in existing book through joint engagement with clients
