Job Description

As a seasoned software developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our cutting-edge AI agent platform. Your expertise will enable modern teams to design, deploy, and scale specialized agents with unprecedented speed and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Modern Web Development: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, ES6+, and Python is essential for building scalable web applications.
  • Python: Experience with Django Rest Framework, Celery, Pandas/Numpy, Langchain, Ollama is crucial for developing efficient data processing systems.
  • TypeScript: Knowledge of Generics, Template Literals, Mapped Types, Conditional Types will help in creating robust type-safe codebases.
  • Frontend React.js and Flux Architecture: Extensive experience in React.js and Flux Architecture is necessary for building scalable user interfaces.
  • JS Event Loop: Understanding of event loop, criticality of not blocking main thread is vital for optimizing application performance.
  • State Management: Hands on with more than one state management library is required for managing complex application states.
  • Ecosystem: Ability to leverage vast JS ecosystem is necessary for staying up-to-date with the latest developments.
  • Backend SQL: Extensive hands on with Postgres is essential for designing efficient database systems.
  • Redis: Hands-on with different data structures will aid in caching and data retrieval optimization.

A strong grasp of both Object-Oriented Programming and Functional Programming concepts is required. The ideal candidate will also be able to write modular, reusable, and testable code.

Good knowledge of Design/Architectural Patterns, DSA, and tailoring patterns to fit problems optimally is a plus.
