Senior Software Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Development Manager to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing software development projects, leading high-performing teams, and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to ensure timely project delivery and exceed client expectations
  • Leading and mentoring a team of developers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize costs

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead market research in North America and Europe to identify key decision-makers and C-level executives
  2. Manage sales processes, pre-sales consultations, project closure, and post-sales handover independently
  3. Lead client discussions to understand needs and handle consultation cycles
  4. Close deals for custom web and mobile development projects
  5. Develop and implement strategies for lead generation to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent English communication with a professional demeanor
  • Proven experience in lead generation for North America and Europe
  • Experience dealing with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Strong experience in closing deals for custom web and mobile technology projects
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts
  • Familiarity with technologies like Node.js, React, and React Native
