About Digital & Technology Services (DTS)

Our DTS team provides the following services to clients:

• Data & Applied Intelligence - Helping clients harness the power of data and cutting-edge analytics to drive intelligent decision-making and transform businesses.

• Product and Innovation - Empowering clients to innovate, develop, and launch products that drives growth and competitive advantage.

• Technology M&A and Strategy - Assist clients to manage the technology aspects and business enablement of complex M&A, integrations and carve-outs.

• Technology Transformation - We help clients create a scalable, cost-effective IT function that delivers the company's strategic vision and priorities.

This position will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle: documentation, development, testing, debugging, and support.

We seek an entrepreneurial and self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on with modern front-end technologies, has deep experience in building and deploying scalable applications, and is passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of robust, high-performance web applications using Next.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend to build intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
• Develop and manage scalable front-end architecture with a focus on performance and maintainability.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for front-end deployment using Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.
• Deploy and manage applications in Azure Cloud, leveraging services such as App Services, Blob Storage, and Azure CDN.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow between front-end and back-end systems.
• Maintain code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices in software development.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve development workflows and performance.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js and Next.js.
• Proven experience deploying and maintaining applications in Azure Cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Proficient in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end architecture.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and handling asynchronous data workflows.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and web security best practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver high-quality features under tight deadlines.
