About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Software Development Lead to spearhead our software development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development life cycle and providing technical expertise in software architecture, system design, and development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead small-sized teams to ensure successful project execution and foster collaboration among team members.
  • Ensure code reviews and adhere to best practices in software development.
  • Estimate efforts, identify risks, and provide technical guidance when needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate ability to multitask and re-prioritize responsibilities based on dynamic requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in software architecture, system design, and development.
  • Extensive development experience in Java/Python programming languages.
  • Preferred experience in JavaScript technologies (e.g., React/Angular/Vue).
  • Strong fundamentals in Object-Oriented Design and Data Structures.
  • Expertise in using Python for developing scalable systems with messaging and task queue architectures.
  • Experience working with customers directly and Agile Software development methodology.

Education:

  • B.E, B.Tech, MCA, Diploma Computer/IT
