Job Description

Lions International is a service club organization with 1.4 million members serving locally and globally to address humanity's biggest challenges.

The Senior Coordinator of Grants will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of grant making funding, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, and maintaining accurate financial records.

This role involves collaboration with program managers, finance team members, and external stakeholders to ensure the effective utilization of grant funds.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records for all awarded grants.
  • Verifying grantee financial reporting and records are accurate.
  • Preparing and submitting financial reports to grantors as required.
  • Monitoring grantee grant expenditures to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and grant terms.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience, including grant management, account review, or similar financial responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as it relates to compliance and financial analysis from grants perspective.
